Application
For processing wire ferrules with and without an insulating collar up to a length of 18 mm from 0.08 to 16.0 mm² and twin sleeves from 2x 0.25 to 2x 10.0 mm² in just one tool. In accordance with DIN 46228 | EN 50027
Execution
- The tool adapts optimally to the preferred working position. With the 360° adjustable crimping head, you have maximum flexibility and can work without errors in all areas of application.
- Insert the wire ferrule from the front or from the side
- Crimping area can be adjusted in intervals with 45° locking mechanism
- Integrated, releasable latching mechanism ensures complete crimping
- Highly hardened steel with a black oxide surface
- Square or trapezoidal crimping possible thanks to interchangeable dies
- Automatically adjusts to the conductor cross-section
