Application
Ideal for use on 5-axis machining centres. Conventional clamping and grip clamping possible.
Execution
- Central, simple programming without zero offset
- Support height of the workpiece is 192 mm for TCA 70 and 191 mm for TCA 100
- Quick-change jaw system, quick-action tool-free jaw replacement within 10 seconds per pair of jaws
- Reversible jaws: for min./max. clamping widths with one pair of jaws
- Constant clamping force via low-maintenance telescopic spindle
- Fitted as standard with location holes for zero point clamping system gauge 200
- Can also be mounted on a machine table using adjustable clamps
- Integrated scale ring for fine adjustment of the centre position
- Can be operated using a torque wrench
- With the clamping width adapter (set), the minimum clamping width on the TCA 100 model can be reduced from 37 to 12 mm
