Application
For clamping straight tool shanks with lateral clamping surface in accordance with DIN 1835 shape B (Weldon)
Execution
- With cooling channels for optimal cooling of the tool cutting edge
- An O-ring must be used for tools with an internal coolant supply
- Diameter 6-18 mm with 2 cooling channels, 20-40 mm with 4 cooling channels
- Alloyed case-hardening steel with a core tensile strength of at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened HRC 58 ± 2, hardness depth 0.6 mm ± +0.2 mm
- Taper angle tolerance quality in accordance with the applicable standard
- Ra 0.3 taper surface quality
- Hole for data carrier DIN 69873 in the collar
- Black oxide surface
