Application
For acceptance testing of machine tools in accordance with ISO recommendation R230 or for checking the tool spindle.
Execution
- Alloyed case-hardening steel with a core tensile strength of at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened HRC 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm
- Taper angle: tolerance quality less than AT 3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080.
- black-oxide and precision-ground.
