Application
System scale with Easy-Touch software package for food distribution in cafeterias, kitchens etc. Digital weighing and calculation of size and number of portions. Supports removal from large containers and other functions.
Execution
- Removal from large containers for portioning on plates. Plates do not need to be weighed.
- Removal control indicates immediately if too much or too little has been removed.
- Continuous calculation of how many portions are left in the large container
- Full stainless steel weighing tray with IP68 protection.
- Suitable for the increased hygiene standards of the food industry
- Integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP): For connecting external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth(R), Wi-Fi or Ethernet. (Adapter not included in scope of delivery.) This means that interfaces can easily be retrofitted without the need to open the scale housing and without complicated installation
- KERN Communication Protocol (KCP): The KCP allows the scales to be queried and controlled remotely using external control units or computers
